Route 50 EAST past Annapolis and across the Bay Bridge

At the
50-301 split, follow Route 301 (the left fork, away from all the
lemmings headed towards the right on Route 50)

Turn RIGHT
(East) at the SR-304 [Ruthsburg Rd] exit

Follow
SR-304 until it hits SR-312 (Oakland Rd) – Turn LEFT (north)

When the
road dead-ends at SR-313 (Goldsboro Rd), turn RIGHT
-
Stay
straight on SR-313 until you hit SR-311 at the town of Goldsboro

Turn RIGHT
(South) on SR-311 Greensboro Rd. (SR-311 becomes SR-313 once you
turn South at Goldsboro)

Follow
SR-313 to the town of Greensboro, and turn LEFT (East) on SR-314
Whitleysburg Rd
-
Turn LEFT
(East) when Whitleysburg Rd. dead-ends at SR-14 (Vernon Rd)

Stay on
SR-14 through the town of Harrington, cross Route 13, and continue
on SR-14 to the town of Milford

Option A: Just before Milford, turn RIGHT
(South) on Route 113

Proceed on Route 113 South about 27 miles until you see Route 20/26
EAST (stoplight -- look for a package store on your right and a
small green sign on your left for Bethany Beach and Delaware
Beaches)

Turn LEFT
onto Route 26 EAST and follow it all the way to Route 1 at Bethany Beach
(stoplight)

Turn RIGHT
onto Route 1 SOUTH, and go about 1/4 mile or so to Jefferson Bridge Road
(stoplight) -- look for Mickey's Crab House, Happy Harry's and the
Holiday Inn on your left, and Coldwell Banker realtors on your
right.

Just past the
stoplight, look for the driveway on your right (with a small
marker for "Bethany Shores"
that you will miss) -- the house is #726, about halfway down on the
right.

If you pass
the Cottage Cafe and the Market Place at Sea Colony (shopping area with
fountain), you have gone a block
too far.

B: Continue on SR-14 through Milford until you see
Route 1

Turn RIGHT
(South) on Route 1, passing by Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey on
your way to Bethany
-
Follow
directions as above to the intersection of Route 1 and
Jefferson Bridge Rd, about 1/4 mile south of the Route 26
intersection.

Option B is
two miles shorter than Option A, but runs the risk of
traffic at the outlets North of Rehoboth
